Requirements

Our Skills Camps are fully-funded, meaning you won't pay a penny.  To ensure that we're providing opportunities to those who can best benefit from them, you'll need to meet certain requirements in order to join:

Right to work in the UK

Learners must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

This includes:
  • British or Irish citizenship
  • EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain or Permanent Residency
  • A valid work visa that permits full-time study and employment in the UK

Age requirement 

You must be 18 years of age or older at the start date of the programme.

This is due to legal and professional considerations. Our training involves advanced content and real-world applications designed for adults. This ensures compliance with UK employment laws and provides an appropriate learning environment for all learners.

English language proficiency

Proficiency in English is essential for effective participation.

Non-native English speakers may be asked to provide evidence of English language proficiency (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL scores).

COMMITMENT

You'll need to be able to commit full-time to the Skills Camp for the whole duration of the course.

To help everybody get the most out of the opportunity, all learners are expected to attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and activities.

Hardware

This is an interactive course, so you'll need a computer capable of tackling the projects included.

 You'll need a webcam and microphone to make sure you can be seen and heard on video calls to participate fully, an up-to-date operating system and we recommend at least 8GB of RAM and 100GB of space available on your hard drive.  A second screen (monitor or tablet) can really help you follow along during sessions too!
